This is an NOS 2 quart MoPar oil filter assembly complete with the mounting brackets and MoPar Oil filter.

The filter assembly part number is #2909326 and the filter part number is #2129109. The replacement element is a FRAM CH-8PL or a NAPA 1092 I'm told.
$125 including shipping if anyone needs it...that's what I paid for it many years ago.
