I ordered the Stromberg rebuild kit from Carbs Unlimited. I figure I'll try the rebuild first, and if that doesn't work, I'll tackle the studs.

I was having breakfast with my friend who owns a marina in town, he said the Holleys are prone to clogging, especially when you use the adapter. I'm taking the carb up there to run through his ultrasonic cleaner this morning.
