Torque specs are in a dodge service manual. I agree with Bruce on the 4bbl. With primaries that are smaller than a 2bbl I have had 20mpg in my PWTW. This was a short run at or below 55mph on the flats and you have more power if you need it. I have a Weiand 7503 manifold and was running a 500cfm Carter. I also have a 600cfm Holley which I have not tried yet. The Weiand is an open plenum manifold and really built for higher rpm and torque range, so the consensus on the 318 Poly group is that a stock 180° manifold works the best for low end torque. Also if you go with a 2bbl, Holley has a 390cfm and a 500cfm that work very well. I had one on my 57 Plymouth in college. It takes an adapter.
