i am unsure of the combo of engine trans that i want to use. my command car is a non winch model so i am open to almost any combo that will work. i would like to do a more vintage setup than just installing a 318la or 360. i would like a poly or a baby hemi. the 230 isnt cutting the mustard for the type of driving that i do. what do you believe a good combo would be? i have discs on all corners, power steering and 489s already installed? do you build plug and play motor / trans assemblies? you could use a ffpw frame to build up what i need.
