That's a complicated little thing. Assuming the back axle is original that is a 1941-47 WD 20 one ton ( six bolt = one ton, hub cap type = 41-47 version ) It looks too short to be the 133" wb WD21.
The fenders and full length running boards suggest it started as a pickup, or a chassis / cab
