Tire/rim combo question...

I have a set of custom Budd rim centers welded inside 16” modern rims. I bought a used (but GREAT shape) set of Super Swamper TSL Boggers, but they say they’re for “16 x 10” rims. The place I always go to for tire help couldn’t (or wouldn’t) mount them, the rims are to narrow.

SO – my next thought was to put them on my ’78 W100 (five lug) but I’m sure those rims are to narrow too. Any thoughts? Anyone (hopefully close to NE) have a set for sale that will work with these tires on that ‘78?
