1958? W300 17" wheels

Has anybody else ever seen a 17" lockring rim for a W300 with dual rear wheels? I have a pair, and I'm looking for 2 more. They are 1958 Budd's, the number stamped on the inner rim flange is 63780. On the lock ring, GYR5517LW. Same lock ring as on the later (~72) Dodge motor homes with 17" rims. Looks like these might have only been for export, based on my parts book. Mine look like Air Force blue paint. I also have a pair of single spaced 17" rims from 1960, stamped 66390, for the front. Thanks! Rob
