Brake issues

While coming down a hill in my 47wdx my brake pedal suddenly went all the way to the floor and would not come back up. I pulled it up and applied it again and it did the same thing. I limped it home but it felt like a shoe may have been dragging. The brakes work but they grab when the pedal is much lower than normal. Nothing is leaking. Were should I start looking for the problem?
