I am pretty sure that is the truck that Robert Metcalfe used to own. He brought it to several VPW rallies in Fairfield Iowa. If so, it is not factory, let alone a prototype, but a conversion from way back. It doesn't look like it has been taken very well care of recently. 20 years ago, it was a pretty nice truck.
Maybe Robert will visit the Forum and comment?
