Newbie double clutching Question.

Hi Guys, this is on a 1950 B2 PW with non-synchro trans. Should I NOT push the clutch to the floor while shifting when the truck is rolling? I don't get to drive the truck much at all, and I want to learn as quickly as possible without the "learning" wear and tear on my trans. Watching youtube videos of double clutching the big trucks online, they do not press the clutch to the floor to shift, once the truck is rolling. Do I do the same in my PW? Thank you for all your help!
