Hey Glen, the spring lengths are different (Front and back) between the M37 and the PW, and the spring widths are also different (M37 is wider).

Also the mounting types are different on the rear, the M37 has an upside down shackle configuration when compared to the PW.

if you don't mind drilling the frame, and moving the rear cross member, then flipping the mounts, it can be made to work, but then all you would end up with is a longer spring with a near identical PW suspension setup.

Also, if you do decide the swap rear m37 suspension onto a PW, you'll run into lower shock mount issues with the diff's pumpkin (due to the offset of the rear axle), where the shock post isn't parallel to the axle. A centred axle is required.

I'm in the process of doing this swap now, but its a lot more work than i originally thought it would be.
