Those bushings just came out with the axle stub on mine. They can't be too hard to get out, if we are talking about the same ones.

In the axle tube, I just used a slide hammer with a hook on it. The bushings weren't hard to get out.

You can make a puller out of a rectangular piece of metal that's just big enough to fit in the tube. Round the corners and make an oblong hole in the piece of metal. Slide a long bolt through the metal piece. Lay the metal piece close to the bolt and insert past the bushing. Stand the metal piece up so it grabs the bushing and pull out with a large washer and a nut on the other end.
