Yes, I have regrooved them myself before. I have a Van Alstine brand groover. Works great. Blades are cheap and I buy mine through Polyperformance.com
These went on a friend's truck and he ran them for another 20k before they were bald again. I've regrooved several sets of competition off road racing tires as well as we regroove or add grooves to our trail truck tires.
