I was looking to buy a home in the Mission Viejo area. Prices have risen 20 per cent since last year. You can make 100 per cent on your investment in a year compared to one percent in a bank account. Investors are snapping up homes, paying with cash. Is there another bubble on the horizon?
In the development I was looking at, prices jumped significantly in two weeks. There are 1,900 homes there, but any home coming on the market is snapped up right away.
The market is heating up. Idaho, standby for more Californians with real estate money to spend.
