I dont agree that the NP was a copy of the T9. just because some of the internal gears may interchange does not make it a copy. they may have just been buying gears from the same supplier (or eachother) who offered certain tooth counts to multiple tranny manufacturers. We have had this discussion before on the other forum I think. agree to disagree? the parts manual for the WC series shows a NP part number and no where i have ever seen is there any reference to T9 compatibility. Acme IS Borg Warner of Canada. Canada used to protect its jobs by pressuring companies to have wholly separate entities operate in Canada. Thats why there was no Dodge Division in canada. the dodges were built by Chrysler of Canada.
