I got my 540 out of a 57 D500 at a junk yard for $200-250. It seems to be in good shape, so I am going to install it and hope the syncros and all are good. It was a farm truck, so may have just been used locally. I was never able to find a front input shaft seal and just put the old one back in. If you find a source let me know. I don't know about the one listed below. It has a rear facing PTO on the right side... have to find some use for it... water pump, generator?

Some more parts... seals
