I believe the M37 shaft is 3/4, and the civilian power wagon is the 13/16.
Parts sources include VPW, Dennis Sherman (power wagon parts) and others who have used stuff on here. Also you could look on ebay.
M37 wheels are a lot easier to find than power wagon wheels. I restored mine with epoxy in the cracks, then sanding and painting.
