Not a big deal, just put the front axle up on jack stands, and try to wobble each wheel both vertically and horizontally.

If you feel any play, figure out where the looseness is. Some points to be wary of- loose wheel bearings, bad knuckle pivot bearings, bad ties rod ends, loose ends on the drag line(adjustable), or play in the steering box (adjustable).

Fix it, don't just stick a bandaid on. Beside, the damper might not fix the prob, especially if it is in the right front wheel.

Most of these trucks do NOT suffer from "death wobble".
