Basically it's an engine rebuild - head off, check all valves as several are probably bent - replace and grind in, timing cover, chain and gears have to come off to get the broken cam out to replace it and the new one must match the cam bearings - full gasket set will be needed as well. I would do a full engine rebuild or find another engine.
