My philosophy is mostly based on not knowing where I'm going to have to work on something. I have two buildings downtown, my house, and my land, plus I like to keep a set of emergency tools in my car and my truck. If I just had one place, I'd only buy good tools, but if I'm out on my land or working in one of my buildings, I don't want to have to go back to the shop every time I need a wrench or a screwdriver, or a saw.
