Sorry, but I can't get past the guy saying "Or-a-gone".
The guy has never even been there. He thinks the Alvord desert is "in the middle of nowhere". He doesn't know that people are always driving out there, racing their cars, landing airplanes, driving all over the place, etc. I've even seen people "sailing" across it with sailboards on wheels. He just keeps repeating the same thing while showing one purported aerial photo, which looks like a primitive early Photoshopping job. All the newspaper clips and captions he shows are out of focus so you can't read anything on them. It wouldn't have taken much trouble to just drive out there and take some close-up pictures, and if he didn't want to hire an airplane for an aerial view, drive up to the top of Steens Mountain on a good road and take a picture of it from up there.
