I guess you have not been to the Adirondack Mts of NY. The Adirondack Park is 6 millions acres of public and private land with strict regulations to keep it pristine. Then our state Constitution further protects the Adirondacks with Wild Forever. We are not NYC or Manhattan. Its remote and beautiful here.
