That seems like a fair price if one is real good. I would come and take a look if I was closer. A set of side boards and bows adds a lot to the value, so mention that if you have them. Also, what's good on the "parts" unit? A good box is valuable. A good axle and frame not so much. Pictures help, as always. As a point of comparison, my M101 is in pretty much pristine condition -- looked like it never had anything in the box, actually, rubber like new, lights and wiring all good. I got it for $400 from the DRMO. I think it was a good deal, but honestly that was as high as I was willing to go on it. That was 10 years ago and I realize they're worth more today.

The M101 is the most popular size because it's a size that matches an ordinary pickup pretty well. I pull it with my 1/2-ton Chevy all the time. I changed the light bulbs to 12 volt models and mounted a military trailer connector on the back bumper of the Chevy, so I didn't have to modify the trailer's wiring and if I ever get an M37 into road-worthy condition, I can just change the bulbs back and plug it right in.

Another thing with M101s is the older ones have 5-lug budd rims, so the tires interchange with the M37s, but the newer ones have some other kind of rims (Chevy CUCV?), so that matters depending on what a guy intends to pull it with. You might mention what kind of rims it has as well.
