No rust-through? A steal. Only a rotten windshield frame? A deal. Rotten windshield frame and cab corners? Okay, if it is 100% mechanically sound. Anything other than that, it's too high. Prices are coming back down to normal, finally. In another year or two, we might actually find some CHEAP again!
