I think the big hole hawg and sawzalls are still made here. the lighter duty stuff is chinese built. I found a NOS US built 4.5 grinder. they might still make the more powerful units here. they have many more options than what is for sale in the hardware stores. many different power levels of 4.5 inch grinders.
