An old guy had a chain saw shop here in Sandpoint about 40 years ago. He did other small engine repair, and welding, among other things. He had a sign on the wall, in very plain sight, that said "Hourly Rates: $15.00. If you help: $25.00. If you worked on it before: $40.00". And he meant it. :0)
