And I think 6 splines on the other? The Splined end should have lots of slip available, for frame torquing. Anf a lock ring that gets clamped on to kep the slip form com,ing apoart if the shear piun shears. Then, losed the set screw in the lock rihg, slip the sakft in deep enpough to drive out the shear pin, and repalce the pin. That yoke witht he shear pin also has a zerk, it should be grease to make sure the yoke does not rust to the winch shaft, which would mean the shear pin is useless.

I would expect a long block truck to need a longer shaft, there isn't 2" extra slip in that spline joint.

A "power transmission" supplier can get the shaft, Dana? Spicer?
