New Bed Wood

Now that I have all of the stuff and have painted the wood with 2 coats of marine epoxy and 3 coats of marine varnish, I'm ready to begin the bed wood installation. Currently the bed is on the truck held on with bolts on 4 corners. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the wood on the truck?
