XZL s , 4.88 gears , what ratio adapter are you using

I am curious as to what ratio the adapter would need to be if you are running the above on a NP205 . I know several of you out there are running hybrids . Got to be someone who got a ratio adapter to get their speedometer reading more accurate .

Got a 1 - 1.30 ratio adapter but it was used on a 4.56 rear end and smaller tires

What lubricant should I use on the adapter ?
