That is the theory. Obviously I couldn't actually see what was happening, I was inside the truck. :)
But.....it never did it until the glue on weights came into the picture, and it stopped when they were removed. It brakes fine now, just as before, with the new weights.
I just thought someone might want to know the possibility in case they are going to have their wheels balanced. Be sure and use the old style clamp on weights.
