I took my levers to the local hardware store to the aisle with all the misc hardware in small cardboard box drawers. Brass bushings, took two-drove one in from each side and cut excess off. Worked perfect VERY cheap. Then bought a tractor implement pin and cut it to fit and welded it into the mounting bracket. Looks perfectly stock.
