I got a set from Charles Talbert at M-series when I ordered some other stuff, but I'm not sure there is anything special about them. I would try McMaster Carr or similar. Just take the measurements of the ID of the levers, the shaft is 1/2" OD and plug them in and see if they have any bushings.
Worst case you'll need to buy one with a slightly bigger OD and either modify the bushing or the lever to take it.
