My brother and his family are all very positive (more so than I would be, I suspect) and are looking forward to building a home that is more sympathetic to the site and that suits their needs for the future (they will be empty nesters in a couple of years...).
I'll pass along everyone’s' well wishes and offers of help/support.
They are much better off than some of the other folks in the area.
We are all very thankful.
