I know that for a fact CARC paint is nasty from my busting rust days in the service, it will give you cancer like everything else these days if you do not take caution, CARC paint has material in it to help mask vehicles at night with inferred night vision. You should wet sand with a respirator if your going to do it at all and wear gloves
