i do not believe that the centers are "budd centers." the budd part of a pw wheel is the locking ring. the center is just a bolt pattern made to fit i the power wagon / m101 vehicles. the wheels are identical to the m101 trailer tires rims i have seen for sale. search m101 tubeless rim and you will see them discussed. are you sure its not a 16" rim
