i have rebuilt one wdx and owned couple more wms and now have 3 wc62s sitting in what someday will be a my living room as soon as i finish the garage and move the trucks to the garrage
looks to me like the the power wagon cab is a perfect fit and the mounting brackets are already there
if anything i would use a wc62 6x6 frame and make a 4x4 power wagon out of it----more better frame than the power wagon--
i noticed years ago that the m37 frames were thicker than the pws and always thought about using an m37 ambulance frame(longer than the m37) and running gear and put the pw sheet metal on it for a bullet proof frame
