I just finished installing disk brakes on the front of my 51 PW. It went well with no problems. Changing the grease out and cleaning up the removed parts us always a pain.

The problem when I started was a leaking and stuck wheel cylinder on the drivers side. It had been slowly leaking for a while. The front drums were also quite thin and out of round. It was time to do something. The only problem with the right side was a thin drum. The shoes and cylinder were fine with only a little brake shoe dust.
