For whatever it's worth, I wouldn't recommend using a do-it-yourself tank sealer. At least not the one I used. I used Bill Hirsch tank sealer, and as best I can recall, I believe I followed the directions to a "T" but 8 - 10 years later, it started coming off in strips. Other folks may have had good experience with it, but not me. Just my 2 cents.
