There are numerous holes on the rear crossmember to bolt a reciever hitch.
Use the 4 bolt holes on the rear of the crossmember that mount the pintle hitch to mount a plate which the receiver passes through and is welded to. Then use the 4 holes on the bottom center of the crossmember where the 3 point hitch mounted, as 4 attacment points for a plate that is welded to the top of the receiver tube. That should be more than sufficient for any trailer that the 6 cylinder flathead could dream of pulling. Done right it could be a class IV or V hitch.
