Removing vent window ( frame & glass)

Anyone out there have advice / suggestions on how to remove(and replace) the Drivers side TWO piece (window & vent) on the later Power Wagons?

My Auto Glass dealer says the glass is relatively inexpensive, it's the LABOR getting the glass out & back-in that will be the cost.
