If I had to guess it started life as a VC 3 hard cab pickup, and somebody swapped the axles for WC ones, fitted terrible headlights and mirrors, and painted it brown.
So what is a VC 4 ? Simple, it's a VC hard cab pickup with either no bed or a plain bed that was provided as a mount for 'stuff'
"Stuff' in this instance, includes an AA gun mount. Ignore the description of the attached image, check out the hood number and you will see it is one of the VC 4 allocated hood numbers
