Frankly, I'm not one to shy away from things or get scared easily.... but working under a two or three ton vehicle will take some getting used to... Maybe...
Most of my welding/cutting and grinding will be in the other garage since it is already well broken in, although I did have to TIG weld the bracket on his exhaust system! I have fiberglass mats I cover things up with now if there is any chance of splatter hitting it, but with TIG on steel there is no splatter like with MIG.
