yes but sometimes it is so far off when you try to do that that there is not enough material to true it up. I would try to figure out which came off where first. you could pull a front backing plate, and mount each hub, then mount drums and check for run out. it would take a while but worth it I think. up here drums are not hard to come up with. down there not so easy.
