Can i have a crash course in clutches?

So ove the past few months ive learned alot from y'all, however ive never done anything with clutches before. I under stan basically how they work but not much more.

I just finished all the work on my WDX and i was backing it out of the garage and now...the clutch is barely there. It has a little bit of pressure but its not engaging or disengaging the power terrain. Just a month ago i drove it just find. It doesnt get pressure until its nearly all the way depressed but still doesnt allow it to move in and out of gear. Any Ideas?
