I have a 53 M37 I bought with a bad 24 to 12 convertion. I have added a GM one wire alt. with a built-in voltage reg. Does any one have a simple wiring diagram on what the ignition system should look like? also is it normal for the coil to get very hot after a few seconds of trying to crank the engine?
