He pulled the heads, found they weren't torqued, also 1 head had been planed. The planed head had the finish as rough as a rasp. The leak was from the head right to the intake side, thats why you could hear the blow by in the valve covers. The rest of the engine is very clean with very little cylinder wear. It may actualy have the 60,000 miles the previous owner said. Does anyone near CT have a cheap set of 360 heads? he's probably going to try to salvage the ones he has.
