Did mine this weekend. Found it a little easier with the regulator screwed in place. It was one less thing to hold in place. Then with the arms spread 2-3 inches, hooked the rearward arm in place, turned the crank to spread the arms a little more, then hooked the forward one. I was replacing the driver side regulator so had the opportunity to play with it on the workbench and see how it hooked. Made it much easier. The not so obvious part about it, if you haven't had one out to look at it, is that the large spring loaded wheel is outside the rail (toward you) and the smaller inner wheel rides in the back groove. Catch the edge of the large wheel on the corner of the track, pushing the smaller wheel to the rear and sliding it into the groove. Really pretty easy once you figure it out. Then spread the arms, put in the lock screws, run the window all the way up and put the front lower channel back in. Have fun!
