Carb/Manifold Question

I want to mount an E7T2 Carb with mechanical, rather than vacuum, accelerator pump on my 1950 PW. Problem is it mounts rotated 90 degrees from the original ETW1 carb. Mounting holes on the manifold flange need to be front/rear rather than right/left. Is there an adapter available or do I need a whole new intake manifold? Any information or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
