I got my '50 B2B-108 for $850, it's complete and straight, last licensed in 1996. 218 motor runs. Some minor rust in the doors. Could use new running boards, mine are wavy. I found several '50s Dodges in local south Texas salvage yards, they're mostly complete. I got an original seat to replace the non-OEM seat, seat cost me $60 but needs recovering. I found two sets of stainless grill bars for $10 each set, dented but I think restoreable.

I'm going to paint this truck, and use it. Needs a heater, but a heater is not critcal in south Texas. In my estimation
the Pilothouse is about as cheap as classic trucks get. Can't find a decent Studebaker anywhere, these Dodges are plentiful.
