If the loader is running, using its own power to help back out, your pull load will be less then the 23000 lbs dead weight. I don't know about any "stiction" due to mud suction or whatever. There is some efficiency loss using multiple sheaves, you will get about 91% with your 2 block set up, i.e. 21-22000 lbs.
Either way, I'd stay out of the way when I was pulling.
